Schedule-

Heather is preggars with a baby boy and due Dec. 4th. I’ll be living at our mountain house the rest of the summer but move back to the beach last week of August. Amanda Booth will be partnering up with me to help keep classes on a regular fall schedule. We’ll definitely have beach yoga starting Sept and I’ll let you know the rest of the schedule soon.

Looking to relax and renew, or a  bonding experience with your friends? Amanda and I offer private,corporate,and small group yoga on the beach or in your home.  Classes include yummy assists and a head massage. please call 252-202-2375 for more details.

Above picture is what i like to call my” shakti rhythm”birthday card  made by Marcia Cline. Friday Jan 26th,2007. Marcia did this at 4am before one of our sunrise yoga classes in Costa,and probably doesn’t like this on public display, however  it’s perfect just the way it is and i adore it!I love how she put the chakra colors around my body, it’s like the shakti rhythm pulsating  in and out each vibe of my being. The hoops surround me in a fun  grounding way,  with inner  and outer spiraling up and down the body. Wow, the picture says so much, without saying anything at all. SHAKTI RHYTHM

    Hi, I will be vacationing the week of September 6th thru the 13th and would love to try the yoga on the beach if you are having any classes at that time of year, if not can you please direct me to some place that will be holding yoga classes, I will be staying in Corolla.
